Minor string fix to entangling roots sends.
Fix bug in autolevel group areas that was making mobs too powerful.

Add ‘composite’ list switch, as a clarifier for relic, antique,
epic, remarkable and exceptional composite markers. The old
way of just using the marker still works.
Add ‘spellname’ list switch, such as ‘+spellname ball lightning’.
For grenades, potions, scrolls, spellbooks, staves and wands,
this will display if the item contains the spell. For spell
components, this will display if the item has an affinity for the
spell.
Add ‘charges’ list switch.
Add ‘permspell’ list switch.

Update strings for enrage.
Move the consider steal strings to the ‘case’ skill.
Add dragonlance checks to monster lore.
Various sound updates, including enrage.
