Improvements to showing spells and bound status on shortid.
Improved unguent help page and slightly boosted level for favored

Fixed bug with multiple forged copies working on a couple of things it
shouldn’t have.
You can no longer blood sacrifice, butcher or skin corpses that have
been recently killed by others, similar to restrictions on harvesting
from corpses. (Dizzy)
