Alter Aeon server updates for May 18, 16

Even more kxwt updates.
Closing an object now sends something more than just ‘Ok.’
Harvest bone is dependent on the size of the creature/corpse. It should
be possible to harvest spellstaff sized bone from smaller creatures now.
Fix crash bug in fishing.
