Alter Aeon server updates for May 03, 16

From Shadowfax:
Re-allow multisell list switch.
Harvesting venom from creatures with magic poison attacks can
result in magic venom.
Called vipers will now disappear when released.
Fix up total level bug in legendary enchant.
