Fix allow list bug with mob arena quests.
Prevent both jab and ground strike from being in a single combat tactic.

Landmarks now display on where commands.
Disqualify clan rooms from pilgrimages.
Priests will no longer give out seeker tasks on the newbie
islands. There just isn’t enough equipment there to properly
construct them.
When multiple jobgivers are in one room at once, all of their
offered jobs will be displayed.
Fix crash bug in undead hunter jobs.
