Alter Aeon server updates for May 02, 15

Lower ac on shambling bone men.
Prevent carving runes on things like crystal shields and spellstaffs.

More area map improvements. Cleaner display of area names, colors for
certain terrains, different ocean edge handling, better river alignment,
and other minor stuff.
